Lucky Number Seven

Honestly, where does the time go? I still mistakenly feel like a newlywed, like it hasn't been 7 years today that we have been married. I know I picked the best way to spend those 7 years.  Ben and I snuck away Friday night sans kids and headed to, where else, Disneyland. Totally different place without kids, we even stayed for the fireworks. And, like every anniversary we reminisce. You know what I realized, every anniversary for the last four years I have either been at least 30 weeks pregnant or nursing a baby.

I can't wait to see what the next 7 years brings.

28 Weeks 6 Days

Today I am 28 Weeks and 6 Days along in my pregnancy. D-Day is fast approaching with so much to do in the meantime. We have our Anniversary at the end of October, Halloween, Tatum's Birthday at the beginning of November, Thanksgiving, Ben and Lincoln's Birthdays in December, Christmas and the arrival of Baby # 3! Needless to say we are amazing at our baby timing.

I had another 3 hour appointment today which ended in good news, the baby is neither too big nor too small and looks to be perfectly healthy. We can't wait to meet her.

And, yes she does have the Nash nose. Just like me and both Tatum and Lincoln. Lucky us!

Little Brother Seeks Revenge

Little Brother is not so little anymore.

.

This morning while preparing breakfast I heard pleas coming from the kids' bedroom,

"Help! Help! Minken (Lincoln) is sitting in me!!!"

And so it begins.

Uncle Tyler Comes to Visit

Uncle Tyler came to spend about a week with the family, I think he was hoping for a vacation but being such a fun uncle he never got a break. The kids were fighting over holding his hand and definitely fighting for his attention. Riggins was even in on the fight. We week. We went to see the McKee's day old baby, we went to the beach and of course we went to Disneyland. Such a fun week!  To think that we spent October 1st on the beach, perfect weather and we had the place to ourselves!

We literally walked right onto everything. Absolutely no lines, it was amazing. The kids were awesome and the day completely wiped them out, so much so that Lincoln was even doing the head bob in his ice-cream.

 

We stayed at the Vines' beach house after Disneyland. We brought a sleeping Tatum in and laid her on the couch. I was able to change her into pajamas, make up her bed, put her into bed and not once did she wake up. She was wiped out!

October 1st

I know it's crazy but true, we were on the beach in October. It was PERFECT.

And it was so nice to have someone else chasing after Lincoln chasing after the birds!

My little pumpkins

 To say that we love Halloween would be a bit of an understatement! I love all holidays (I get that from my mom) but especially Halloween, and so do these two adorable little pumpkins. Lincoln was a bit wary of some of the decorations at Gogo's house at first, but know he seems to have a handle on it. My mom bought the kids these pj's today and Tatum wanted to wear them immediately, so of course Lincoln followed suit. They even sat for a few pictures, such hams!

What a difference...

 

...a few months can make. She is so happy at preschool, it's makes it really easy. Last year wasn't so easy. She fought me on everything. Most days she didn't even want to go. This year has been so great, she is all smiles and so cooperative. The teacher has even commented a few times on the changes she has seen. I am just happy it seems to have all clicked and she is really enjoying herself and really growing.
