Ben has been an absolute superstar this past week.
Monday afternoon he raced home, kissed the kids and packed my bags. He was back at the hospital in less than an hour. He slept on a fold out chair all week making endless trips from home to the hospital. He went home to spend the afternoons with the kids at the park or making sure he was home for their bedtime routine. He would then race back to be with us at the hospital.
Once home, he made the meals , he got up with the kids and just tried to let me catch up on sleep and recuperate. I feel so blessed to have Ben and I know our kids feel the same.
