Just me and my littles

 While the big kids are away,

we have more time for naps and littles playtime.

 Saylor loves her one-on-one time,

 but I know she will love pre-school too!

NASH turns 1!

 Our little man has turned one.

This has definitely been very bittersweet. Our

last little one has turned the BIG 1!

He is a happy, giggly, calm little man

and we all just love him to pieces.

Thinking about this past year

he came early, spent a month in the NICU,

was a really unhappy and uncomfortable his first three

months home, then he had his surgery at 6 months with

2 months recovery and keeping him on his back, and

he emerged as a delightful sweet little sidekick.

He isn't quite crawling but is rolling everywhere and loves

to be a part of the action.

We celebrated on the fourth with the Vines'

and then had cupcakes at home with the kids.

 And, of course decorations and a pinata

 Oh, and a dance party!

 I love that this handsome little guy is such a snuggler

and that I can still squeeze him in to the Peanut Shell sling.

 He is a really good eater and sleeper.

He isn't quite sitting on his own yet or doing a traditional crawl, but he can get around.

He is a calm, happy little guy. His siblings can really get him laughing but he still prefers his mama.

Nash turned 6 months on December 9, 2012

We celebrated his 1/2 year mark with a yummy red velvet cake.

10 fabulous years!

I can't believe this is the only picture I took.

Ben, Nash and myself were able to sneak away to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. My parents and Tyler watched the kids for two nights while we were away. We didn't want to spend our whole weekend driving so we just headed down to Orange County. I think what we most wanted was to sleep in and take naps. So we did. We also ate out a lot.
It has been a pretty great ten years.
Lots of laughter and lots of love and now lots of kids.

Nash is 3 months old!

 He is still pretty cranky and can really work that bottom lip, but we do have some pretty sweet moments.

 Oh and look, he can smile, and has a really BIG mouth!

 He is loud, silly, and does everything to the extreme.

He is a really great brother and so proud of his baby brother.

He has learned how to be 'soft' with Nash but he can still handle a light saber!
