Playschool Round-UP

This is what happened when I came to pick Lincoln up on his
last day of Playschool, he was mauled by all the girls in his class.
 Lincoln really loved Playschool,
he loved his friends, teachers and especially
Lunch Bunch.
He is such a social little man and really
enjoyed his classmates.
He is really excited about learning and
is looking forward to attending school 5 days a week.

Second Grade Comes to an End!

Tatum has a fabulous year in second grade.
She had an amazing teacher, her besties in class, fun field trips,
running club, Kimberly Chorus and she really excelled in the classroom.
We couldn't be more proud.

Father's Day 2013

 I heart you

Friday, I did our current usual: study
Saturday, we did swimming lessons, hung out and then: I studied
Sunday was pretty sweet: I slept in til about 8:15. Tricia made french toast and bacon. The dining room was decorated in Super Dad fashion. The kids were proud to present their home-made gifts and cards to me. Awesome. During breakfast, each person was required to make up something that was probably mostly-untrue that they liked about me. Awesome.
The A/C wasn't working at church so it was a miserable few hours and all kids had a tough time in sacrament meeting because of it. Of course, in primary, Nash decided it would be a great idea to light the place up with his diarrhea-having self. Turns out, i was holding him at the time and he ensured that I had a huge wet spot on my pants out of spite. Tricia received a similar marking shortly thereafter. And as if tagging your parents isn't devilish enough, he ensured that we had no diapers to change him. Now, diarrhea smells bad on it's own, but when you combine that junk with heat (or lack of any A/C) junk gets ugly fast. Needless to say, we've had better church outings before. Up arriving home, Tricia made me some chocolate chip cookies with turtle (caramel and pecan) toppings. Pretty much ridiculous.
All in all, it was a good weekend.-Bennie

Tatum's Tales School Spring2013

She has really excelled this year.
We are so proud of the little lady she is.
She is in the Kimberly Chorus and Running Club,
she received straight A's, she loves to read, she loves Girl Scouts
and is really loving Swim Class.

She is a good big sister, friend, daughter and example.

Tatum & Mrs. Richards
Mrs. Richards wrote of Tatum, " Tatum is such a sweet girl. She has really developed a love of reading this trimester. She has read 133% past her reading goal. She continues to do well in math. I have seen a big improvement in her spelling and writing. She writes well! She is such a sweetheart and I am so glad she has been in our class this year!"

Superhero night at the 66ers

Our family was invited to a fun birthday party at the 66ers baseball game,
it also happened to be Superhero night.
We sat in the grass seats and the kids ran around crazy and
enjoyed being together.
Ben got to talk baseball with Tatum and actually watch a few innings.
